How to use YHK for different liver problems?
A:

To get the best out of YHK, it is essential to use it at a suitable dose and for an appropriate length of time.

Because each of our body condition and liver health is different, each user might require a slightly different dosage to others. And adjusting the dosage according to your own needs is necessary.

2 Stages When Using YHK
When using YHK, we can separate it into two stages;

  1. The first stage is the recovery stage, where the liver is injury and require extra support for recovery and get liver function back to healthy level.
  2. The second stage is maintenance stage, where the liver has recovered to a healthy level, and using YHK can help to maintain this healthy level while protecting the liver.

For the different stages, it will require different dosage and different monitoring methods. Below we look into more detail.

Recovery Stage Dosage Suggestion

Most early stages of a liver problem are inflammation in the liver, which can be measured by a liver function test with the ALT liver enzymes level. And for a more advanced liver problem, it could be cirrhotic liver. For different levels of liver injury, the dosage required for recovery will be different:

First Course Dosage For High ALT Level - 6 tablets per day for 30 days
Research studies show that for patients who have high ALT level, taking 6 YHK tablets per day for 10-30 days can effectively lower ALT level and recovering liver cells.

First Course Dosage For cirrhotic liver - 6 tablets per day for 6 months

For cirrhosis, because most liver cells have become scar tissues, it will require using YHK for a more extended period to see improvement, and it is recommended to use 6 YHK tablets per day for 4-6 months.

Check for improvement

After using the first course of YHK, users should use the relevant liver health testing methods to check for improvement. Ideally, users should also take the same type of testing before starting YHK for comparisons.

We do not recommend users to judge the effect of YHK by their feeling of their physical changes or improvement in symptoms, as in some cases, the symptoms do not go away right after the first course, but can be seen in testing.

For high ALT level, users can take a liver function test to check for improvement, and for cirrhotic liver, users can take a liver scan to check for improvement.

Maintenance Stage Dosage Suggestion

After successfully recover liver health with YHK, meaning ALT reduce back to a normal level or reduce of fibrosis liver tissues. We do recommend users to continue to take YHK for liver health maintenance.

According to our user's report, the average dosage required to maintain healthy liver function is 3 tablets per day, some users might require less, and some may require more. We recommend users to continue monitoring their liver health with a liver test (once every 6 months to a year). And adjust the dosage of YHK according to the results.
