How to maximise results from YHK?

YHK is a clinically proven liver therapy, research data shows that YHK can effectively lower ALT enzymes level and improve liver function within just 10-30 days without any side effects.

Having said that everyone might experience different levels of improvement, as each persons liver condition is different and YHK is not a type of chemical medicine, each individually will require different amount of YHK. In order to maximise the effects finding the right dosage is the key.

Insufficient dosage affect results

We have recently preformed a questionnaire with our YHK users, trying to get a better understand of their results with YHK comparing to the dosage they use. Results shows that all users who take 5-6 YHK tablets per day found to have ‘Obvious improvement’ in symptoms after using, with improved ALT levels.

There is more then 80% of users who take 3-4 tablets per day found to have ‘Obvious improvement’ or ‘Slight improvement’ in symptoms, also with improve ALT level. For users who take 1-2 tablets per day, over 50% has reported no obvious improvement in symptoms.

Recommended Dosage

These results indicate that for people with abnormal liver function or those who have symptoms of liver problem, a higher dosage of YHK is recommended. Our recommendation is to use 6 YHK tablets per day for improvement in liver function.

A lower dosage of 3 YHK tablets per day is recommended for people who already have achieved normal liver function from YHK, and to use for maintaining normal function. This lower dosage is also suitable for people who does not have liver problems and are looking for liver protection only.

Your dosage is the best dosage

As we mentioned before, the key to achieve great results from YHK is to find the perfect dosage for yourself, monitoring changes in symptoms and using liver function test results as guidance will be the best tools to help you to identify the right dosage suitable for your condition.
